When you use the Navio extension (guide, ask, write, or related features), we process data needed to operate those features:

• Page context: The URL and title of the webpage you are on, so we can provide in-context answers and safety checks.
• Structured page data: Simplified information about elements on the page (e.g., buttons, links, labels, roles) so the assistant can suggest steps and highlights.
• Viewport screenshots (ask / visual modes): When you use features that rely on what is visible on screen, the extension may capture a compressed image of the visible viewport and send it to our servers together with your question so we can respond in context.
• Writing and form assistance: When you use writing or form-assist features, text you provide, field context, and related instructions may be sent to our servers for processing and suggestions.
• Your questions and prompts: The text of questions or commands you send to the assistant.
• Grammar and spelling (third-party): For advanced grammar and spelling checks, fragments of text you type in editable fields may be sent directly from your browser to LanguageTool(api.languagetool.org — see LanguageTool's privacy policy).
• Activity log (when signed in): If you are signed in, the extension may record high-level browsing metadata such as page URLs and summarized interaction types and sync those events to our servers for security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and support.
• Account linkage: When activity is synced, we may store those events in our databases associated with your user account.
• Extension storage: Authentication tokens, preferences, and buffered activity may be stored in Chrome extension storage.

Information collected automatically
